Yoga Retreats & Wellness in The Sacred Valley

At Kinsapacha, we provide group & private yoga classes as well as meditation during our weekly schedule which are available to all guests. In a group yoga class you will be guided through a sequence of Asanas (yoga postures) to help you relax and stretch your body after a long hike or after travelling for long hours. If you prefer a private yoga session, you can expect a more hands-on physical adjustment and a personalised yoga program that you can continue doing back home. Ask to join daily group sessions or organise a private class during your stay, or, if you’re looking for a great value and more structured schedule while you’re here, find out about our yoga retreats on offer below.

Kinsa Pacha is a Quechua word that literally translates to “Three Worlds”

It forms part of the Inca belief that the Universe consist of three forces: the earth, the sky and the underworld. This concept is visually represented as the puma, the condor and the serpent.
